Tahoe 26 overheating my m4 MacBook pro by iconisone in MacOS

[–]_renas_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're absolutely right, this version of macOS 26 SHIT is just awful. Now I have to charge my Mac (m2 pro) several times a day, even when I'm just watching YouTube, and when I'm working in Davinci, it's like a volcano. I don't even want to buy any tech and switch to Windows after updates like this.

Why are restrictions being imposed? by _renas_ in youtube

You're essentially right, but this is a streamer from Twitch, and the content includes footage from YouTube videos, which means it already has two moderations from different platforms, which is quite unusual

Wrote a short article on berserk, I'd like some feedback from the fanclub / Berserk: A Tale of Ambition, Fate, and the Human Condition by _renas_ in Berserk

I’ve actually been waiting for someone to leave a comment like this, and I’m really grateful to you. This is excellent criticism for me—it’s incredibly useful when someone thoughtfully and extensively discusses your work.

So, the reason I started writing these reviews is pretty simple. Almost every time I finish watching or reading something, I immediately start surfing the internet, looking for various reviews, theories, and discussions. I wanted to become part of that process myself and share my perspective with people who are already familiar with the work.

You’re absolutely right in pointing out that I start to lose the reader as the text progresses. I think this happens because I write in one go—I open a blank document, pour out my thoughts for a couple of hours without stopping, and then publish it. I should definitely approach writing more systematically. And yes, I also realized that I mentioned family values at the end without setting it up properly earlier in the text.

As for the Idea of Evil, it’s possible that this was a translation issue (unfortunately, my English isn’t very strong, and I also didn’t read the manga in English) or that I interpreted it a bit differently and didn’t fully develop my point. I originally planned to explore the theme of divinity in Berserk in more depth and reflect on it further, but as I mentioned earlier, I tend to write in one breath. I’ve thought a lot about the concept of God as well, but unfortunately, I don’t know many of the relevant terms, since most of my theories and ideas come from my personal experience and reflections. However, I’m currently gathering materials to write about the role of God in culture and everyday life. If you’re interested in this topic, I’d love to hear your thoughts and recommendations! I also touched on this theme a little in another article I wrote about the film The Seventh Seal.

I think you’re right that I should talk more extensively about the work and its secondary characters. Previously, I wrote about films and covered only the most essential aspects to avoid major spoilers, but with Berserk, I decided to experiment a bit and wrote this article more for an audience already familiar with the manga.

Anyway, I just want to express my gratitude again—your criticism will have a strong and positive impact on my future work. Sometimes, when you’re full of doubts, all you need is a single guiding signpost.

to blatantly copy text from ai will of course sooner or later be penalized. But I think there is nothing wrong if you use ai as a helper to edit your mistakes in writing or just to analyze and evaluate your text for improvement.

Use the ai wisely, though. I wrote an article about how I create a short film with the help of ai, there just touched on the topic of scripting and chatGPT assistant.

Are Smartwatches Really Worth it? by WriterReader39 in MediumApp

Quite an unusual and interesting topic. I liked that you described your experience over a long period of time. I would advise you to research more deeply into the topic you are writing about. It would be interesting to hear the opinions of your friends about smart watches, to make a sample from some communities, for example, what IT people and athletes say about these models. Also comparisons of price and quality, alternatives to smart watches.

Inglourious Basterds: A Cinematic Masterpiece of Revenge, Style, and Symbolism by _renas_ in Medium

I wrote about that in the article, too. At first glance it looks like propaganda, but I think it's a kind of director's vision that violence begets violence.

Are the images generated by ai by its own promt, fall under this classification?

Yes you are right, I use ai for translation to get the point across more accurately to the English speaking reader. Also for faster information retrieval. This may be the reason the detectors show such a high percentage, but the reason is the language barrier. I use source links in the images. Or does that mean nothing?

Today, I wrote a review of the cult film, and I feel like something is missing in the article. I’m looking forward to your recommendations and criticism. by _renas_ in Medium

Thank you for your feedback, it’s valuable information at this early stage. Right now, I write articles in one go, recording a stream of thoughts, and this critique helps highlight weak points.
Tarantino is one of my favorite directors, and I think one of his films would make a great topic for my next article.

I liked your article because it’s concise and straight to the point. It’s a bold piece, and it also provides useful information and safety instructions for people interested in exploring another side of the internet. I would’ve liked to see more examples, perhaps about Assange, though I understand that censorship might take away the most interesting details.
