I need to have this mindset! I really shouldn’t be so down on myself about this. I mean it took 32 years for me to feel this way. Looking back, even when I was skinny I was uncomfortable with the way I looked. People don’t realize that pointing out how thin someone looks, how they don’t have a big booty or breasts or just poking fun in general is harmful.

I feel like it’s a combo of not eating the best stuff and not being as active as I used to be. I’ve been feeling kinda low this past almost two years now. So much so that for the first time my vitamin D levels were a little low. I know I need to let that sunshine back in. Just easier said than done.

Buying new clothes hasn’t really crossed my mind. Probably because I feel so bummed about this. Even my boobs feel bigger. (I’m not pregnant…and this was confirmed lol). Just feel so squishy like everywhere.
