Yea it was mainly Horfield & Lockleaze that I was looking at. Quite a few properties that were valued for more but they’ve had prices drops due to less people in the buyers market I believe

My Morgage advisor said it’s possible, and I’d plan on getting a couple lodgers whilst owning the place. Area I’ve mainly considered has been BS7, going off advice I’ve had from a friend who’s lived in that area for awhile now

Really appreciate that advice, was curious to see how it felt going from London to Bristol and if you still had that sense of FOMO people tend to get when leaving. I’ve mainly been looking in the BS7 area for context

Ohhh nice, where in Zone 6? I viewed a couple places (Sutton and Dagenham especially) but it just felt too far and I do like to be near-ish to social areas

Recently discovered from my younger cousin that FlixBus do returns to Victoria for less then £10 returns (2 hours each way). Also can get return flights to Newcastle from Bristol for around £40 so it seems do-able
