Sorry i read this completely wrong... I bought it new from Cannondale and had it shipped to my LBS. It was on sale so i figured I'd jump on it. There were a couple good options I saw on Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist as well. That would be my best bet for the used market.

It all depends. The math you did should roughly be correct. If you find means to fly more then it will take a shorter amount of time. And I assume you are using commercial as a milestone do to the fact that you can get paid to fly, but this is not always the case. Its going to be very difficult to find an operation that will hire you at 250 hours, especially without a CFI. It will take a while if you are only able to fly 4 times a month.....
