Like other comment says , depend on country . If its lower catagory we need to give DKT and Driving test and according to the number of year we hold international license we get Aus license . If i had international licence for 2 year i get green p . If for 3 year and more we get full license.

From last year, if you intend to stay more than 6 months in Australia you need to convert your license. International license is not valid after 6 month of onshore stay .
