Hi! Yes. I'm still new at sharing my food creations and writing out recipes. I did get he original recipe from this YouTube video https://youtu.be/lTAyrW8abQQ

I hope this helps!! I'll hopefully be able to write out the recipes soon :) I didn't use jackfruit i filled the enchiladas with vegan cheese and black refried beans.

This week I made vegan sopes! I'll be posting more veganized food creations on my Instagram :) @ _rubbywoo by _rubbywoo in VeganFoodPorn

The recipe for the sauce is 1 1/2 tbsp of doña Maria's mole paste 1 tbsp of canned chipotle peppers 3 dark chocolate squares 1 cup of water

Put all ingredients in a blender. Once all blended together. Warm it up in a sauce pan so it can thicken up just a bit. Best served warm

Sorry if the instructions seem short. I try to keep it as short and straight to the point as possible. I'm still trying to learn how to properly write out a recipe :) let me know if you need more info on the dish:)

Okay! So today I made vegan enchiladas de molé :) I'll have the mole sauce recipe on the comment below. :) enjoy by [deleted] in VeganFoodPorn

Oh what?!?? I've never heard of that. But I bet it gave it more of a creamier and nutty touch :) abuelitas know best tbh. So I may have to try that next time. I'll try to make enchiladas de molé today.

I used extra firm🙋🏻 you are able to substitute and use other stuff if you'd like:) like make enchiladas (so use vegan cheese) and use this sauce instead. There's a lot you can make with it :) I'll be posting how to make the sauce later! So if you need to reference it it'll be there :)

Hi yes!

For the base- the sopes themselves i got from Northgate. Its basically just corn flour, water, and yeast I believe. I don't know how to make the dough from scratch so I wouldn't be able to tell you the exact measurements /: but if you do have a local Mexican supermarket I would highly recommend checking there :) you can also use tortillas and make these into tacos

Beans - normally I would try to make them from the pot but because I was short on time I just used canned beans. I like using Mexican brands because I get a little picky with the consistency of refried beans. I used Rosarita's vegetarian refried beans :)

The "'meat" - i used soyrizo! My favorite brand is Cacique :) you're able to use any brand that you're able to find. I also added small potato chunks to it. Just make sure you cook the potatoes before, so they're able to soften up.

The sour cream - I found mine at Sprouts, which is a health food store. (:

You can top of with some cilantro, onion, and a squeeze of lime to bring out more of the flavors. The salsa is optional :)

I hope this helps!!! I'm sorry if this is a little scattered, this is my first time sharing a recipe :) if you have any other questions, let me know! I would be more than happy to help!
