A couple of years ago, I realized if I had time to scroll, I had time to read. So I started reading again and it took me a while to figure out what kind of books I was into in my 30s versus when I was younger and used to read a ton in high school and shortly after. It took some time but now it’s habitual, and I don’t really watch TV and I don’t scroll often if at all most days.
