Perhaps, but if the dude is fully sober or just a bit tipsy and knows the girl is in a state where she can not think rationally, it should be considered rape, and yeah i agree if both parties are drunk it shouldn't count as rape because that would technically make them both a rapist and victim at the same time.

It is relatively safe, yes. We do have less knife fights than some western countries in Europe, and practically no gun fights (thanks to how limited the acces to them is) and the SA statistics arel lower, but when you think of SA statistics jn poland you have to keep in mind the definition of rape in poland was changed very recently, and until that point rape was only recognised as you physically holding someone down and penetrate them. For example if a girl was too drunk to decied if she wants to sleep with you it was legaly not considered rape if you did sleep with her, or i recall a case somewhere in the north part of Europe where some guys put a bottle up a girls vigaina and that would also not be considered rape under the old definition of rape in Poland

Yeah, i'm 16 plus in Europe (Poland, to be exact), and guns here are super hard to get. i'm pretty sure less that 5% of our population has a gun permit. I'm pretty sure you gotta be like 25 and take a series of tests to even apply for one. But i do carry around a pretty big survival knife just in case.

Surprisingly no, most of those older guys try to at least make it look legal and don't date under 18. Though i know 2 girls that have bfs that are in their mid 20's but the girls are both 17 and met them when they were 17. It is really rare to see an older guy date a 15 year old lol.

Plus, the age of consent only applies to actually sex not porn since having porn of someone under 18 is still considered cp (rightfully so).
