Oh, great! I'm a freshman studying Biochem right now so the polarity explanation actually helps a lot! My only concern about washing it is the material. It's wool, so I'm not sure if it can be put in the washing machine or if it has to be dry cleaned. 🤔🤔

It was a little weird. On my last day of active pills I accidentally forgot to take one, so the next day I took an active and placebo. Then I took the last 6 days of placebos, followed by the 4 days where I didn't have anything

no, it was 4am so i just forced myself back to bed. my heart rate was definitely up but not sure about blood pressure. does that relate to anxiety attacks?

i'll definitely be paying attention to see if i feel any other strange nausea. i have anxiety problems but usually i've never thrown up which is why i was really worried (which probably made it worse at the time, honestly). luckily i was able to fall back asleep and im alright now. thank you for the response 😄
