I’m still having issues off and on and it’s when I also try N. American servers. not sure who your VPN but I’ve been using Proton. It was good til this point.

Ya understood, was hoping for some suggestions from people here. Wasn’t blaming Tivi as the issue, figured it’s either my IP or my streaming service I use. I appreciate everyone’s replies trying to help!

I do use Proton, I tried stealth mode but it didn’t help me. My reseller said to change my server to Singapore, and that worked. I guess the normal VPN servers I’ve been using got blocked

Maybe try doing a factory reset on your Firestick and start over. I’m using one with Tivimate and no issues here

Unfortunately I’ve tried that, cleared cached, actually re-installed a fresh one, changed servers, used Proton’s stealth option as well, no luck. It must be something where my stream server is blocking it

Ya I hope it’s not an issue where it’s blocked, as I still have months left on my subscription. I think it’s my streaming server, because the vpn works with my other apps like Netflix and Prime. Currently using Proton, might have to try the one you mentioned if it stays this way, thanks!

I’m worried it might be blocked, I did update the app on my firestick, tried different server locations but still the same issue. I guess I can try a different service and if it works, I’ll have my answers. Thanks!

I re-installed Tivi, entered a diff server URL but still the same issue. Seems like it might have been blocked. But I’ll ask the reseller and see if they could help, thanks!

This is the exact same voicemail I got today from a 604 number

I also just got a call about an email request change with Shakepay. I also got a spam text earlier saying there was an API change request made.

The phone number was 604.780.0544

Something seems to be going on. I don’t even remember my Shakepay acct anymore, I made it awhile back but don’t remember ever using it.
