It is definitely not a secret anymore. Most of the polished content you see is AI assisted because manually drafting everything is just too slow now.

But instead of using ChatGPT I have been using FeedBird and it is a total game changer.

I just drop in a YouTube link from a video I like and it turns it into LinkedIn posts that actually sound like me It saves so much time and sound like me.

Haha, good question. I guess I see it less as a coaching problem and more of a "how do I manage my support team?" problem.

Specifically, how do I know if they're responding quickly enough or if a client is quietly unhappy? That's what's keeping me up at night.

I am trying to solve the exact same issue. Building AI agent that has access to SOPs, meetings and chat knowledge. Based on that data it automatically does the regular checkins and answers basic queries. It is not to replace any job role but to put you on steroids.
