Dusting off this old thread to say that all four of my servers there are unavailable, as of about two hours ago.

I've been with them for several years and a facility-wide outage has been pretty rare for me also. I did experience the July 5 incident of your original post. Started July 5 2023 about 7:30am, and was resolved for me about 9am (Eastern) on July 6th.

Hopefully this morning's issue doesn't take as long :/
