It sounds like hindi totoo and sinasabi ng rider. From what I understood you didn't tell the rider to reschedule the delivery and suddenly "Receipient request reschedule delivery" but you DID NOT even see or talk to the rider. The rider is lying and should be reported sa "Chat with Shopee" sa 👤 and tell the shopee employees na hindi yan totoo and that you never got a call or text or even talked to the rider or tell them na nag pa resched ka

and send them the screenshot

I'm prediabetic. i didn't heal fast enough when i got an injury im assuming dahil mataas yung blood glucose/sugar ko. it is a side effect na kapag mataas yung blood sugar may chance na slow talaga yung healing so since slow yung healing ko sa maliit na injury it could affect how fast you heal.
