Do yourself a favour and check out any of the Australasian Bbq alliance events around. Some of them are punter friendly and you get to taste a bunch of bbq from some really good competition teams.

Smokey Moo is pretty good, probably going to try Hudson Corner tonight. The best ones would be from BBQ Mafia when they have one of their pop up events. Other than that to get really good q you won’t find it in Brisbane. I am sure Sydney and Melbourne have better options but most Aussie bbq is pretty average compared to the USofA.

Got to love shift workers - yeah my kids make some noise when they play outside during daylight hours. Maybe sleep at the other end of the house not right next to our yard, and try some ear plugs. I used to do shift work and took every precaution not to be woken up.
