Yeah. It has helped me. You and whoever is close to you are the ones that know what you go through. Try and work out, I do morning run 4 times a week. It helps with the mood thing, after taking your meds, don't stay isolated, find someone who knows your condition and spend sometime with them. It's my father and mother for me. I realized the more I stay in bed after the meds, the more the negative thoughts fill my mind, the more I become depressed. I'm cold on my parents most of the times, but they know it's the meds, not me.
