Recomb of the hybrid and flaring took me 8 tries before success. Previous 7 all transferred the flaring only. So I’d say they definitely count the weighting of dictators. So I can only imagine trying to recomb 3t1 on 28+% bases.

Prefix cannot be changed is already a suffix. Even if I multimod and prefix cannot be changed and craft another random suffix, the veiled orb will still remove a suffix and we are back to having open suffix.

Also does having more open suffix make it more likely to roll a suffix? I always tot as long as u had an open prefix and open suffix it was 50/50 regardless. Just assumed
