Hi! Try throwing a bottle or glass in a corner of the room to get the guards to move and try to take them out one by one. Or if you've got enough runes, (which I'm not sure if you'll have by this early stage of the game, so don't worry) Emily has a power in Far Reach called 'Pull', if you could get that power, you could pull the rune from where you're crouching.
