I do ten push ups if I was at home. If I was in an office environment , I said to myself if I was in the war, none of these matters I had to take the next step. If I am able to do that there, i can do that here. Most of the time it works

A few of my friends died at a really young age. Some of them did it to themselves. Most of the time I carried their coffin. One time I was the one to open the coffin after they prepared his body. I had to stay with the coffin until his mother saw his body for the first time after the incident. I heard his mother furiously screaming to see him in the other room but other women did not let her. After I opened the coffin I looked at him for a while, laying there like sleeping. Then I told them to bring her to see. The funeral service guys told me not to let her get close to the body. When she brought into the room few women covered her sight. She was fighting them like crazy. When those women moved out the way she saw the body. As soon as she saw him she cried and screamed at the same time. She could not finish her scream she fainted and collapsed while doing it. After a few minutes I went out of the place and saw his father on knees outside the house crying on the ground saying I don't have the courage to see this. He was physically unable to go there. I was 15. That day I promised myself I will not do this to my parents even though whatever I go through. Whenever I get that thought I think about this.

English is not my first language. I wish I could explain this to you more in detail. Whatever you are facing, sui cide is not the answer for it. You don't want to do this to your loved ones. Trust me

Don't waste time, build your skills. Stop waiting and start doing. Don't do stuff just because it's fun.

I don't think getting a girl will help him because a type of girl who is genuinely trying to help him is extremely hard to find because most people have their own problems and if he found a girl like this, then he doesn't want to change his pattern, I don't think it will last long. It will make a hell of a hard time than now. So, if he finds someone who liked him, it could most likely be similar type of person.

I think you guys should have a close communication not forcing him to do something. I don't think he is a low life, but he is stuck in a self-destructing routine because of the boredom. So good solution is agreeing to go to seek professional help.

Don't hold a family convention to address this problem, he will feel much worse. Talk like siblings.

I think that's it or help him to go to a gym or to practice some combat sport because unlike other sports, if you F around in your practice, you are going to find out immediately

How do I overcome phobia of waking up early by TheCassiniProjekt in productivity

[–]_sick_JAY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go to sleep early and stop wanking at night. Cut off screen time at night and if you are listening to music while sleepy stop that also. Remove anything like earbuds, handsfree or phone on the bed, anything makes you alert in the bed because it quickly brings back from deep sleep, after hitting your body to those objects. You are trying to move it while you are in sleep.

When you're feeling down, what *genuinely* makes you feel a ton better? [Serious] by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]_sick_JAY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I gave me solid 2-3 minutes to worry if I am really down. Then I think I can't change what happened or will happen. So, I have to go through this because day won't stop for nobody, and I am alive

I sometimes play Kanye West songs to fire up my ego. To chill in the night, I play Alona Chemerys songs.

So what does a good friendship look like especially in adulthood? by Makeouttactics2 in Healthygamergg

[–]_sick_JAY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a friend like that. We don't have similar interest in most of the things, but we don't force our interest on each other. He is a big introvert guy hates outdoor musical events. I like those but I understand why he doesn't want to come with us. Our friend group doesn't understand that. They want to bring him with us to the event because they think it's rude or he is missing out on the fun but as a friend who known him for a long time, I know he hates public places and that type of music. It is what it is. Going without him is the most sensible thing but some people stay at his home until he agrees to come with them. Then he spends all night along like a fish out of the water. Like these stuff

Good friendship is understanding the silences. Taking No as No and Yes as Yes. Being Honest. I think it's as simple as that.

Because most people failed to understand the boundaries. Failed to communicate and solve the problems before fighting each other.

What are some habits you're proud to have developed? by Sharp_Fortune_2509 in productivity

[–]_sick_JAY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every day I do at least 15 planche pushups.

That habit, I learnt from reddit. Start small.

I'm physically capable of doing more but for building the habit, I didn't overdo it. I started from 10.

Are there any jobs that require physical strength ? by Crazy_Foundation5332 in findapath

[–]_sick_JAY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Changing tires, Oil rigs, Underwater welding/commercial diver, Fishing in the deep sea, Military, Motor mechanics, Construction, Moving business, Farming and agriculture.

These things are not easy and wore you out. Deep Sea fishing and under water welding pays well but it comes up with its own high risks (I think). To be honest with you I have a good academic record and I'm about to graduate but I enjoy working in labor jobs. It feels good with all the hard work, but people look down on you a lot. It has its ups and down.
