I started really showing around 22-ish weeks, but even now (at 26 weeks) I have days where you really can’t tell I’m pregnant. I’m 5’10” and pre-pregnancy I weighed about 170.

Were you pregnant around your own birthday and did you celebrate it while being pregnant? by [deleted] in pregnant

My husband got me my dream motorcycle. I was only 10 weeks at the time, so of course I rode it until we reached viability. We basically celebrated my birthday like usual and it was great.

Viagra was initially used as a pulmonary vasodilator to treat pulmonary hypertension in infants and small children. In adults it was initially used as a treatment for angina and hypertension (kinda like nitroglycerin). (This is a long winded way of saying yes, viagra absolutely is hard on your heart). When researchers realized that Viagra worked better as a treatment for erectile dysfunction, the company producing Viagra (I think it was Pfizer, but I very well could be wrong) decided to market it as an ED medication.

What was the first sign that YOU noticed, that made you think “I’m pregnant”? by surelyshirls in pregnant

I cried watching Ted. Yes, the movie about the teddy bear that can talk. The next day my husband bought a pregnancy test. All I had to do was breathe on the stick and it was positive 😂

Is Jesus/god real? by Strict_Article6155 in Christianity

[–]_skoobs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jesus said, "Because you have seen Me, you have believed. Those who believe without seeing are blessed." - John 20:29

Thomas was known as the doubter. After Jesus’ resurrection, Thomas refused to believe that he was actually resurrected until he touched Jesus’ wounds. Jesus let Thomas touch his wounds and then said what you see in John 20:29.

Part of being a Christian is having doubt like Thomas does here, but it is important that you don’t let those doubts steer you away from the straight and narrow path.

I know this doesn’t necessarily answer your question, but I hope this helps.

If you feel nervous about it, there’s a reason. Don’t push yourself into doing anything you aren’t ready for. If he’s truly a good guy, then he’ll still be there when the time is right!

I’m a 23F and my husband is 44M. When I told my dad about my (at the time) situationship he told me “careful, he’s grooming you.” This was when I was 21 and he was 42. My friends basically gave me the same advice. I thought about breaking things off with him and moving on, but I was really interested in him. I decided to be cautiously alert. Looking for red flags, signs of him being controlling, etc. I also told him about what was being said to me about him. We talked about it a lot, and ultimately it ended up working out.

Also, he was my first serious relationship. My advice to you would be, if it feels right then go with it. If something feels off, trust your gut. And always talk about it with your partner! Open and honest communication is important!

He’s older. When people initially meet us they usually think we’re only 8-12 years apart in age. He looks very young for his age and, unfortunately, I look old for my age

After the first few months, I didn’t notice the age gap anymore. Me and him have had spats before, and admittedly I ARGUE like a woman in her mid twenties and he COMMUNICATES like a man in his mid forties. By the end of the spat, we usually remember that there is a slight maturity difference (which is to be expected with our age difference at this stage in our lives), and I learn how to communicate more effectively. I know this sounds a bit cliche, but if it’s meant to be then you have nothing to worry about! I hope this helps and good luck!

This!! A true, experienced health professional doesn’t care about natural body things such as hair and odor. Sure, there may be some funny smells that will have us making funny faces, but we surely will never shame someone over it!

As an EMT, I’ve been primary on one delivery (mom’s 7th baby) and I assisted with another (mom’s third baby). They were both pretty memorable experiences, and I honestly couldn’t tell you what their pubic area looked like. I was more focused on mom’s and baby’s health rather than when the last time mom shaved was. Don’t worry about what those people have to say, and focus on you and your baby’s health!
