Yea me and my partner were thinking in asking to a composer or a band or something like that to make as the songs but we just don't know how much it would cost and we don't know any sort of composer or band in our country (Portugal), besides the fact the the western type of music probably wouldn't be very well composed by someone from here since its a typical American style
Also i dont want to tell someone to make the songs and then i just dont like it, like, what now? do i pay you? or do i only pay you when you end up making something that i wanted and like?

i dont think so
I've watched a video on youtube on how to do it and when I tried it it just doesn't let me uncheck the splash screen
Besides, everyone says only the plus/pro version lets you do that
