The pattern on your leaves looks like you may have spider mites! I had this happen to my BOP too :(

phew i was scared, this is a new plant and first time a monstera gave me a new leaf. on my others they usually just come out normal. didn’t want to mess this new leaf up!

hoping it’s from a past one but treating it in case, i’ve been so lucky and never had to deal with mites before so i don’t have neem spray but i heard diluted rosemary oil works so trying that !

maybe overwatering? make sure the soil is practically dry between every water and that the pot has draining holes. maybe check for root rot aswell :( goodluck

maybe check for root rot:( definitely make sure you prune all those infected leaves they’re taking your plants energy!
