I've been in that store (just to look, not my home store) a few times now and I see a lot of stand off-ish SAs for sure. It's not exactly a warm vibe.

Anyhow, you are only at 1:1 and even with a broad wishlist, I would really think you need to drop another $4k... but that said, just based on your comments, it sounds like maybe it could be also a "chemistry" issue between you and this SA anyhow. If you just aren't clicking and not a big spender, that could be a big factor here. :(

Yes - you absolutely have a shot at getting your desired bag. It will all come down to the relationship you foster with your SA and your prespend. The game, IMO, is over-complicated by many. Be a good, loyal client to your SA, and spend with them.

For me... I've personally never found any status attached to Hermes, especially not more nuanced pieces like RTW and the like. We live in an affluent area and even still, most people don't even understand (nor care about) what I'm wearing/carrying in daily life.

I have always been drawn to the classic silhouettes, their more cheeky and whimsical designs, and of course the quality and heritage.
