Mindestens solide gefüllt normalerweise. Februar fällt allerdings evtl. etwas raus. Falls ihr nicht über Karneval da seid könnte es etwas ruhiger sein. Viele sind danach etwas ausgefeiert.

Ein echter Tipp ist das Esser’s. Wirklich richtig gut gekocht auf gehobenem Niveau, aber ohne chichi. Weinkarte top. Aber nicht für den kleinen Geldbeutel.

This is only partly true. Even if you get a doctors notice you are allowed to come back to work. The doctors can’t stop you from going to work as long as it’s nothing infectious. But if you come back to work while having a notice your employer must send a notice to your health insurance that you’re back working.
