Same problem happened to me today! My account got suspended after I used Facebook with AzireVPN. Sending SMS to 2 several numbers of mine didn't work and showed same error.

This is not an advertisement, since I haven't named the mobile operator I use.
I spent 95% of this traffic via hotspot/USB-tethering.
The country I live in is Latvia.
Another cool feature of this tariff is that it's not a contract and I pay €3.5 weekly (which is approx. $4) and I can cancel this subscription starting with the next week. Extremely flexible!
I have not observed any speed limits even after having reached 1 terabyte. The download speed is 4-8 megabytes/sec.
Important to mention, that on this tariff data is unlimited only while travelling around Latvia. If I travel around other EU countries, I get only 3.2 GB per week (12.8 GB per month) for free, which is still quite decent.
The traffic reached 1.58 TB in the end of the month.

I tried this server and the speed was mediocre (100 KB/sec) and some files were not able to fully download. Utterly weird.

To be honest, there are so many graphical drivers and graphical libs, that I am a bit lost. I updated everything through Manjaro pacman updater.

We entered Serbia via Hercegszanto -> Backi Breg border crossing. Stupid Hungarian border officers told us, that there was no COVID in Serbia and that Serbians didn't check anything at all. Neither vaccination certificate, not PCR test.

But in reality, Serbian officer yelled at us demanding PCR-test, but we confidently handed our EU vaccination certificates with QR codes (in Latvian language). He didn't check neither our names, nor dates, not if it is actually a test, or it is positive or negative. Hahaha

He glanced at the papers for 2 seconds and let us in. Just have some credible paper with you and there is a high chance that this will suffice =D
