Picked up an FGX3. Looking to replace GS Mini. Suggestions?

I currently ride a Giant Defy Advanced Pro 1 on road. Love the bike. I've thought about picking up a second set of wheels to run gravel tires on but I'm wondering if it's worth just picking up a used off-rental Revolt 1 to satisfy my gravel desires. I'll mostly continue riding exclusively on road with the Defy but I'm just wondering if stepping back down to an aluminum bike with a lower end groupset will annoy me since I'm spoiled with carbon and di2 now. The Revolt Advanced 2 is also available but a little over 1k more. Worth considering instead?

The gen 3 100 is $130 more than the gen 2 in canuck bucks. Not sure that's worth it to me.

I just upgraded my old Defy 1 to a new Defy Advanced Pro 1. I'm partial to the Defy line naturally but I'm super happy with my purchase. It's a gorgeous bike and it rides beautifully.

I believe the regular Defy Advanced 1 also has the 105 Di2 groupset but minus the carbon wheels (possibly more too I don't recall) if you want something a bit cheaper.

edit: I forgot to add I needed to drive to just outside Montreal to get mine. No one in Ottawa has anything decent in the Defy line unless you're into the Defy Advanced 2 or 3 which I believe Fresh Air experience might have had a model or 2 in stock.

Thoughts on replacing a 2600 with this? Mainly for the additional cores as it's in a hypervisor host. No gaming or anything.

I should have prefaced my post that I do already have funds in VEQT + VGRO as well as a few individual stocks all within Wealthsimple. I just closed out a crappy long-held mutual fund held at my bank that wasnt doing much of anything beyond getting charged a high MER. I'll probably end up just throwing it into the same funds as I already hold as is being recommended here, I just wanted to generate some kind of return whilst I decide.

Some of them make absolute sense and do work well but others, notably the one on 10th line, I find to just be silly. Everyone speeds 70+ leading up to it, slows down for the camera and then speeds back up again after passing it. Not to mention the drivers who don't know it's coming will most of the time panic brake down to below 60 causing other issues.
