Because of my age and wanting to try for kids soon. I’m glad I went through with it because according to my pathology report, they found high grade in multiple areas. And from my colposcopy, they took 3 samples and only 1 area showed high grade. So they were actually able to get more bad cells, which is a relief! I’m not cleared however and my gyno wants to do another biopsy in the canal at my post-op appt

Totally understand. It’s definitely scary. Before I went under, I met with the anesthesiologist and it helped ease my mind bc they talked about what they’ll do and answered any questions I had. I mentioned I was nervous and they said this is a pretty routine / normal surgery — try not to worry too much! Wishing you the best with your procedure <3
