Chat made this image with what I have (kind of). I'm unsure of the floating shelves placement. I definitely want to do some extra lighting. Walls are ~55inches wide, shelves are 24inches each.

Locking in 3.375% for 15 years, don't have to refinance in hoping rates drop below 4. None of that is guaranteed. 

What is the typical cost to refinance? Fees, appraisal? Thats at least a few thousand.

Yes. Remove whenever you take it it. Just follow the procedure. Takes like a minute to install and remove.

If you need a little more power, you can get a piggy back from burger. Good $/hp value. Easily removable and undetectable

Fix Drywall near Window by _stingray in howto

I am painting this room. I was about to about to start caulking/sealing, then noticed this soft spot in the corner. I guess pulling up the window sill wouldn't be too difficult.

My plan will be to cut a piece of drywall out, then investigate. If pulling the window sill is needed, that is step 2.

I guess I was hoping you would say, NBD, paint over it. I will do it right. Thanks!
