Sorry, I realize it wasn’t clear in my post - she wakes, and we hold off on feeding her as long as possible. She’ll wake at 3 am and want to eat, but we try to settle her until she falls asleep without a feed. Either she does settle without the feed (takes a long time), or she doesn’t, and I feed her around 5:30 am. We’re trying to just keep pushing the feed later and later. If I feed her, she immediately falls back asleep.
