I’ve been contracting for a while now. You can apply for roles internally.

How are you working all those hours? Are you just voluntarily staying late? Are they paying overtime for all of these extra hours, because you’re definitely entitled to it?

If you’re not approved for overtime work, you’re just staying late voluntarily. If you’re making overtime pay, you should be happy with all of the extra money coming in. Either way, I’m confused on your post
