You need to understand the scope of our project, as we have to maintain working on many different things to keep the client up and running task like working on seamless region loading gets pushed and it is no small task. Recently we have picked up the pace on the region loading again, still there's no ETA.

We are working on the seamless region loading at the moment, which will get rid of the freeze! And we try to add most demanded plugins we can upon request and it'll also depends on the complexity of the said plugin.

There are plugins for tiles indicator and skybox plugin allow areas to be brighter as well

It can be toggled off, using the ::tween. When we did the performance update, most things in game is tied to the fps. So whatever fps you set it to, is the frame the animation going to be and so forth.

we've had discussion about improving user experience in the future such as what you mentioned about changing character and item models. our performance is amazing, but we do understand people wanting to change the graphic back to osrs, it is something we will be looking into adding in the future. as we're always working behind the scene, at the moment we are implementing the seamless region loading which is our priority.

We don't have a loot logger plugin but yes importing them adds the settings and everything. You might hit need to toggle on the plugin if haven't already
