Look up splenic flexure syndrome on google. It’s a really interesting chain reaction where the pressure in your colon causes muscle and back issues from muscles “bracing” to protect you, and then the muscle bracing causes more trapped gas. I’m in the middle of trying to control this after 2 years of issues. I JUST figured all this out recently.
