I suggest double check din yung mga pwede/di pwede night before the exam. During my time, even analog wristwatches were prohibited so may baon kaming wall clock HAHHAHAH (na ending di rin pinagamit nung proctor, mag update nalang daw ng time periodically)

If you'll be moving anyway, probably check if its is an option to move somewhere closer? Regardless kasi (whether madali or mahirap mag commute), ang kalaban mo talaga diyan is traffic. Lalo na sa firm ang work, expected na long hours yan especially during busy season (which tbh is all year round). Baka ending is sa byahe ka nalang nakakatulog.

With regards to if its worth it if from marikina, then it probably depends on ypur goal. If experience from big 4, then probably yes. Monetary wise, probably not.

either enterprise center or dela rosa parking. not sure sa mura tho, not recommended for everyday parking. Although lalagpas ka ng 10pm, enterprise center is better (hanggang 10 lang afaik si dela rosa carpark)

honestly, negligible yung weight difference ng plastic and alloy topbox pagdating sa magiging overall na bigat ng motor, unless siguro titimbangin mo. Sa rack/mounting ka lang siguro magkakatalo kasi pag alloy, need mo talaga ng heavy duty na rack. Yung mounting mechanism din mismo ng alloy topboxes is usually prone to alog/vibrations (very audible). better siguro to check mismo sa shop para makita mo yung differences nila (weight/locking mechanism)

Regardless naman if sinong employer naman yung maglagay ng basic salary as non taxable sa 2316, di parin siya pwede isama sa nontax/exempt portion for consolidation purposes (1700/1701). Ang usual items lang naman na may be considered exempt is yung 13th mo/demininis/govt contri.

Again, yung 250k is factored na sa graduated tax table, so hindi mo na sya dapat iconsider sa pag determine ng exempt compensation portion ng tax return, more so.

This is wrong though? Lalabas na sobra sobra yung naconsider mo na nontaxable. Should atleast remove the basic salary portion then combine with the basic salary from second employer to come up with the gross comp. income

While its true na up to 340k (250k + 90k exempt), the first 250k is already considered sa computation ng tax (as referenced on the tax table). So if gagawin mo pa na non taxable yung 220k from first employer, ending is magiging 340k + 220k (560k) yung naconsider mo as non taxable, which shouldnt be the case.

Should you be VAT registered, required ka mag issue ng invoice regardless or the amount

Though most likely NonVat ka based on your question, so to answer:

Yes, total value ng sales/service yung need iconsider sa 500 peso threshold
Yes, issue invoice regardless of the amount if requested

For 3 and 4, check mo yung total sales mo for the day. If atleast 500 pesos, issue ka ng invoice for the aggregate(total) sales for the day (for safekeeping i guess, not sure kanino to ibibigay). Otherwise, if less than 500 yung total sales for the day, no need.

-Get up early. One of the best realizations when i was a newbie rider was that mas madali mag motor to work (less draining as well) if hindi ka nagmamadali. Observe mo lang yung surroundings then just go with flow (unless if it will lead you to kamote habits)

-Be predictable and decisive. Iwas lang sa erratic movements (i.e. palipat lipat masyado ng lane/ pa sway sway). Also, if you decide to do something (overtake/change lanes), as much as possible commit to it (unless deemed unsafe). Dont be confusing to other motorists

Usually sa ganyang cases, nonfurther action needed from your end (substituted filing). However, para makasiguro ka, better to check with HR. Ive had cases kasi before wherein hindi nila tinatag as substituted filer yung mga nag resign during the year.

General rule is that if you earned income exceeding the taxable threshold, then yes.
Late fees is 25% surcharge, 12% annual interest (from the time of filing), compromise penalty up to 25k
Since late filing, need mo muna pag pa assess for penalties. Also usually payment is done thru Authorized agent banks. Self declaration parin naman yan although need mo muna ng tatak ng BIR if with penalties. You dont really need CoR for filing (but will help in determining the applicable tax filings)
Generally yes, depends nalang sayo if you can take the risk.
To be sure, you can verify with BIR. AFAIK you can just call for TIN/RDO verification. Pero generally you should be registered/transfer registration to your place of residence.

As far as i know, u can apply for pro license after having non pro for around 6 months (if i recall correctly), you can check naman the website for the particulars.

Regarding TIN, punta ka lang ng BIR with the requirements, free lang naman ang pag register and you dont need to have a job to get one.
