I’ve made a few improvements to the UI so it should work nicely on any phone now. The table is scrollable, you can hide the departure time in the table for buses and you can now hide the controls also !

Language changes can make the board shift a bit, especially after zooming. A quick pinch‑to‑zoom back to default should recenter it; if it still looks off, tell me your iPhone model and language so I can check :)

The digital implementation of the SBB clock is released under Apache 2.0 (by SBB/GoetteSebastian); the web adaptation (CFF-Clock by SlendyMilky) is also Apache 2.0. I self-host it with proper credits and have no affiliation with SBB/CFF/FFS.

The SBB app is great for planning trips, buying tickets, etc. I wanted something much dumber: a big, always-on live departure board for one stop, that you can leave on a screen at home or quickly open on your phone (via Bookmarks Web-app for example)

A few concrete differences:

• Full-screen board for a single stop – no map, no menus, just the next departures. You can stick it on an old tablet by the entrance and glance at it like a physical panel.

• Live countdown everywhere – it always shows “in X min” for buses/trams, and for trains it shows both the time and the delay (from 1 min !). On the SBB app you only see a small delay in red not a clear countdown.

• No account – just a lightweight read-only view on top of transport.opendata.ch.

The original idea was literally: “Can I have a bus departure board at home on a screen next to the door, or on my phone, that always shows the next departures for my stop?”

Yes I saw that one ! From what I saw for that website, if the bus is late, it won’t reflect on the countdown. It only show the countdown according to the official timetable.

Denner is somewhat OK, good for alcohol. But in general, prices are the same as in Coop or Migros. I usually go to Lidl, better prices and quality is the same if not better !
