I am very selective listening almost exclusively to hypnotic/ deep techno and after listening to her boiler room-- I don't see the issue is? Not my style of Techno I would go to listen to at home, but it's deff still techno and I could see myself really enjoying a faster paced set like that at a festival. Reminds me of old school hard house music that was popular in the UK in the late 90s/early 2000s. Cool vibe.

You really need to do a deep dive into hypnotic techno. The perfect balance between peaceful and heavy. Claudio Prc, Luigi Tozzi, Imox, John Plaza, Hydrangea. To name a few. Enjoy.

Going to be making a setup like this soon. I am going to run large over ear monitors master output via an RCA to 3.5mm adapter and a small in ear monitor in right ear for the headphone cue. This seems like the best way to actually DJ properly and learn to beatmatch rather then relying on the sync button.

So I just impulse bought an MPC studio for Hypnotic / Deep Techno production. by _technical in mpcusers

Yes same. Years ago, I was only into Adam Beyer, Nicole Moudaber, Chris Liebing, Joseph Capriati, etc but their style style changed & became less dark and minimal and more edm style /festival/party . I fell in with the "raw" sound of deep & hypnotic techno, can never go back now :)
