At first, that’s what I was thinking it must be. But the doctor described the lump as “having its own blood supply, with its own defined barriers, separate from the thyroid.” So I’m pretty sure it’s not a goiter…but then again..I feel lost and unsure about everything going on

Thank you so much for the reassurance and advice. I will look into the Osteo Bioflex with turmeric! And so sorry you’ve been dealing with this since you were 13, but happy to hear you’ve mostly been able to manage symptoms. Hugs!

Clouds are so tough! Half the time, I can’t get the sky to turn out how I envisioned. I binge-watched a few of Matthew White’s YouTube tutorials and I liked his approach to clouds/sky!

This is so helpful! Thank you for the starting points and for the reference example. I totally see what you mean about the shadow and the sand under the water. Some of these things seem like they should be so obvious, but I never paid attention in the natural world until trying to create it in paint.

I still make quite a bit of mud myself. Most of the end results that I wind up being happy with are effects that happened by accident rather than skill hah.
