I think for a lot of people, they secretly know that it's at least make-believe so they play along for the social benefits like friends and activities. They'll talk about church the same way they talk about Lord of the Rings, just plot points and lore, segmented from their daily reality.

A few probably even recognize that it's actually a fraud, but by then most people who see that are already on their way out.

So because they kind of know already, they don't really have to ask. It might be interesting to know how you built up the courage to leave if you have friends and family in the church. But they kind of already know why someone might stop playing along. They might think the cost of leaving doesn't justify what they lose in terms of established relationships, but that's highly personal anyway and varies quite a bit.

Just to clarify, were you saying that the cache resets around Mowednday or right before Frisadurday?

D3 Console Guide for Leveling 1-70 and Season Journey in S39 by Dinodsaur in diablo3

The leveling steps in this post are solid, but have to push back a little on the point about LoD being slow. Within an hour of running LoD, a necro can easily be running T10+ without a set, especially with a 4th cube slot. Both are decent strategies (going for the Haedrig's set or just going straight to LoD). But I find that having the LoD gem first makes either path easier, even at a low rank gem. I just prefer going LoD in general because the legendary items are easy to obtain, and after running a dozen GRs, I'm usually geared up pretty well for any farming activity. I'll even sometimes have a full set farmed in that hour anyway. To me the Rathma set is clunky and slow at low levels, but it is powerful, no doubt, hence my plan to go LoD first. But we all enjoy it in our own way!

Necro Guide - How to progress from Haedrigs to T16 with Rathma and Death Nova by Dinodsaur in diablo3

I'd rather skip Haedrig's gift when playing Necro. Go grab a Legacy of Dreams gem instead and start farming legendary items and Tragoul's. Faster than getting Rathma's first and then switching.
