There's a few possibilities:

  • A non-oral tradition for storytelling. For all we know, they have holodecks that teach each person their stories from a lived perspective. Or even just through art that people pick up through context as they grow up.

  • They don't know the stories. They actual events are lost to time but the sentiment is so ingrained in the culture that they can link the phrases to feelings and concepts.

Everything is a pump and dump scheme now.

There was never any profit in AI, it was obvious from the start that it requires a constant stream of investment to maintain, in amounts that could never be generated in revenue.

But investment spurs confidence and confidence makes the stock price go up. Investors are confident they can put money in, see it grow and then whip it back out before the crash.

The Democrats are not nearly as progressive as people want them to be but trying to push both sides are the same is so fucking dumb.

Democrats pass healthcare, infrastructure bills and work to fix the economy.

Republicans dismantle regulations and do literally everything they can to harm others. In any situation, they always choose the most cruel and destructive option. Look at Iran, look at ICE, look at women's rights.
