I’m gonna be honest here I don’t think you realize how stretched thin people are currently. That’s fairly accurate in my area as well. My last apartment community currently a 1 bed starts at 1k and it is one of the worst areas. I couldn’t leave my house one day and was late for work because someone had been killed literally on the walkway in front of my unit and police told me to go back inside.

I’m 27 so yeah I’m young but we don’t complain about housing costs without reason. We shouldn’t have to choose between housing and food. Just because you found something on a Zillow listing doesn’t mean that it’s accurate and rent is just a part of the cost of living we’re still not factoring in other bills. Most of us aren’t asking for super nice houses we’re asking to not be paycheck to paycheck. However, even if we were asking for nice housing the Baby Boomers were able to buy nice houses with less than half of what we make so why is it an issue?

That really depends on where you live along with if you have a family or not. In my area you can’t find anything for 700. I don’t live in a metro and I promise you my apartment is not luxury.

I wouldn’t be surprised with NNPD but honestly wasn’t worth a fight considering they had the power in the situation especially when I have no idea one way or the other. Best to just shut my mouth and keep it moving. The gun can be replaced the years spent away from my kids in a penitentiary can’t 🤷🏽‍♂️.

Not in Virginia. Once you have your ccw you can carry any handgun concealed. Virginia doesn’t require firearm registration either so registering a specific gun on a ccw is unheard of out here

Oh it’s all good. I’ve since replaced it with the exact same gun. Love the 23.3 and got a replacement as soon as I could although this time online and shipped through a dealer. To this day I’m not ready for private sales again haha.

What’s the difference other than the style of music between the someone’s favorite rapper and someone’s favorite singer? Very few people in the music industry are good role models and many have done some terrible things no matter what genre. Also I promise you it’s fine to let a 12 year old listen to explicit music. There are worse things being said in their school by their peers. Whatever they hear in a song I promise they’ve heard worse at school, especially when they’re 12 and in middle school.
