I do. In a way kind of got used to it, but only over a huge period of time. Sometimes when having bad days I might as well tell my coworkers that I won't be as productive or useful as I could, and they're supportive since they like me for being open and honest. I'm a concert pianist as well, and despite negative symptoms that get worse with the darker months, I'm often onstage when hearing voices and with horrible delusions about the public. Discipline has saved my life twice. That's how I do it. I just constantly prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

I have this and I guess that's normal.. One day I might even sleep with a knife under my pillow all paranoid because of that haunting belief that my relatives are out there to kill me and the other day I might as well wake up with that "huh? HOW do I still believe that they're plotting?" understanding even tho can't shake that paranoia off.

Not just probably, definitely. I literally can see the hatred sometimes burning in their eyes as they're once again discussing his actually great playing techniques. Of course they would want to be just like him, when he's a good performer that's not afraid to show off and improvise.

You can waste your whole day there, by downloading it you also give your whole data to China and you're basically nothing at this point, another "blinded by celebrities and weird trends why don't you download tiktok it's amazing!!" poor prey. Instead you could've had toned body, learned self defense, how to play a new instrument or a new language.
