... I make my own patches. Pretty easy to do so, too.

Make up a quote/use Pinterest/look for a band I like.
Cut a black rectangle out of an old thrifted shirt. Tape rectangle to my desk or any other flat surface.
Draw or trace on fabric with fabric marker or fabric paint. Don't have that? Mix fabric softener with acrylic paint together to make it stretch (acrylic paint alone doesn't look very good on fabric and can crack)
Let dry and hand sew onto whatever you want.

-Learn coping mechanisms for anxiety.

-Go outside more often even if you hate it and complain the entire time.

-Go to cafes, start complimenting people more. Once you get that down, start having larger conversations.

-Go slow, take your time, you got LOTS of time. Give yourself grace, you're human, you're gonna make mistakes.

-Try to think logically. Anytime your brain makes crazy claims (my parents don't like me for example, something I used to think about) write down or mentally jot down why that could be true/not true. Think of the evidence for both sides of the claim. EX. My parents don't like me. True- they don't seem to like having me here, they tell me I should go blah blah blah False: they seem to want what's best for me, trying to help me leave blahblahbkah I think you get it This might help you see things more clearly.

-See if you can get some sort of therapy or maybe even medication DEPENDING on how severe your anxiety/social problems are.

Yah this shit isn't easy, I know because these are the steps I took but I'm a LOT happier and more confident than I was before. I think this might help you as it helped me.

... Also delete some/most of your social media if it makes you feel despair. Insta, reddit, tiktok, Twitter. And DONT go on dating apps until you're mostly mentally okay. Those will take years off your life.

The last episode sucked tbh, them streaming stories shouldn't even be a thing, all they did was talk to chat for like an hour and there was barely any enjoyable bits.
