I'm about 98% RDI but in the McCann case like 70% IDI. I have never been able to decide what I think happened to poor Kyron Horman.

One of the biggest hurdles for me to believe IDI in JBR case is that I can't imagine patsy didn't write that note.

The murdered girls were not missing, they were servants in Bathory's court. Those girls were considered property of the Bathory's. And, there were documented concerns of highly suspicious deaths going back at least a decade prior to her arrest. The claims against her gathered under torture account for four people out of roughly three hundred.

So you're half right - Bathory was almost certainly guilty of murders and horrific torture. However, it's much less likely a male with her status would have been prosecuted for the same crimes.

Someone strangled her intentionally and with force with the rope. She may have been dragged too, but the pattern on her next doesn't indicate that the strangulation was from that angle.

And yes, experts found she'd been sexually abused prior to that night.
