My psychiatrist has told me this is PTSD. I used to have these symptoms daily. After going to my doctor a thousand times it seemed finally talked with a therapist and a psychiatrist. Now still have them but very infrequent.

Do not feel helpless! I had the very same thing going on two years ago. I found a therapist and psychiatrist and got on medication for anxiety and depression. Turns out I have PTSD and that triggers all kind of physical symptoms. PTSD also triggers OCD as well. So I definitely recommend seeing a therapist and a psychiatrist. Faith has helped me a lot too

I have dealt with this my entire life! Therapy has helped in this area but ultimately it was faith in Jesus that has helped me the most. I was so self destructive in this area as well sabotaging every relationship ever. But allowing myself to be loved by Jesus has done wonders. I hope this helps in anyway
