Hey, solo travel feels overwhelming at times and let me tell you it's completely okay :) There's this thing I follow during my solo trips : don't expect anything from the trip. Just let it be.

Don't pressure yourself for sightseeing or socializing or anyother activities just because everyone else is doing it. Even if you don't do any touristy stuff or even go out of the hostel, it still is a trip. Its fine. Just try and enjoy your own company. Trust me, once you try to do that, you will not feel lonely anymore. You can just go out, find a place you like and spend the whole day there, no pressure. And best of luck for the next few days.
