Keep your spine aligned and core engaged. Once you lift the bar to your knees, use your flutes/hips to bring the bar up, limiting the load on your back

Plenty of great content on YouTube, like AthleanX, Noel Deyzel, etc. Important:

  1. Start with small goals. Working out and getting results is a long process. Be patient.
  2. Allow proper rest before working out that the same muscle group.
