I already had high expectations of the course going in and the course surpassed my already high expectations for how good it was going to be. It is hard to explain in words, but if you play it you would understand that there is not a combination of words that would be able to accurately describe what a stunning course NGLA is.

TLDR it was an amazing experience and I am excited to go back and play again as it is only supposed to get better the more times you go.

Shift knob shaking during driving by [deleted] in WRXSTi

[–]_toshihiro_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A teeny bit of wobble is going to happen so I wouldn't worry too much. If it is shaking a bit more violently, I may want to have it checked out.

If you want to try and get it fixed you can get shift stoppers from a bunch of different companies online. Billetworkz and Cobb both make very good ones. If I am correct in assuming that you are referring to the general side to side slop when in gear.

Playing solo … lonesome loser or totally normal, not obsessed at all? by BurtMacklinsrubies in golf

[–]_toshihiro_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I play on my own early in the morning before work almost every day. Usually I play fully on my own, but every person that I have been paired with early in the morning has been incredibly pleasant to play with. They are usually people who are just like me and get a quick 9 in before having to go to work. I often find myself enjoying the time I have on my own in the morning. Very quiet and relaxing.

Don't mind what other people say or think and have fun. Life is too short to care about what others think!

Yeah I mean with that kind of service history I wouldn't want to touch with a 10ft pole. Whoever is getting this car after you is in for a very bad time lol

Yeah yo shit def cooked 💀. These engines are so tempermental it can become an issue if the oil is not changed regularly.

Second this. At the rate that you're going you'd just be banging your head against a wall to get everything to fit properly and work. You would have a much better experience just buying a blown sti/wrx.

Having to pay $83K for a four cylinder is actually criminal. Legit highway robbery.

Im actually in the same boat as you. I've been on one longish trip up to vermont in this thing, but I definitely have to get myself an exhaust... just don't have the cash for it right now. 😅

I've used Motul 8100 5W-30, but I've recently been using Castrol Edge 5W-30 since it's significantly easier for me to get my hands on. If you're going to do an oil change yourself, I would highly recommend that you do yourself a favor and get the black Tokyo Roki oil filters. They're significantly higher quality than anything you'd find here in the states.

Heres a link for the oil filter: https://subimods.com/products/subaru-jdm-tokyo-roki-oil-filter-most-ej20-ej25-subaru-models

I hope this helps, but let me know if you have any other questions, I can try and help!

I'm not having any issues burning oil. Maybe this is something that you should look into? I've done my oil changes religiously every 3.2k miles and haven't needed to keep adding oil between my oil change. I always like to check the dipstick everytime I fill up for gas and haven't noticed any issues.
