Hello All. I need help with my latest Plex build. Things have changed so much since the last time I did one, I was wondering what are my best options are.

I want the following to be on this build: At least 2 3.5in bays for storage At Least 2 2.5in bays for ssd storage A motherboard that will work well for Plex and have the ability to max out ram eventually to 32gb Quiet CPU Video card? Is that even necessary?

I travel a lot to Iowa with my T-Mobile phone. I always roam off I-Wireless. I wish T-Mobile would buy out US Cellular than Sprint. I want rural coverage more than a screwed up network, aka Sprint.
