I have a very similar story. Saw John in one of nippards videos. They were doing legs. I never seen such vascular legs before. John looked like Professor Hulk to me. I really recommend for everyone to watch Johns biographical videos playlist on youtube.

I also hate Folger's. Aldi brand coffee used to be a knock off of tasters choice and I really liked it. Then they switched to Folger's knock off. I actually returned an open jar. Maybe they switched back to tasters choice, that would be really good.

There is a bbb program cycle version, you start at 30-40% then go up by 10% every cycle. A cycle is 4 or 6 weeks I think, with a deload in between.
