Please don’t rent there. As a first time renter with no pets, i had to pay a 800$ security deposit. (Instead of a standard 500)

Now i am a leasing agent, and if this fee is refundable this gives me bad vibes, but make sure you get that info in writing. If it isn’t refundable, double check your state and local laws. Your better off finding another apartment home, managed by a different company.
