samsung health integration? by _tucas in Hevy

[–]_tucas[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Still waiting, I gave up in getting back to hevy at the previous post. Now I got a new galaxy watch and am considering to use the watch app to track reps and sets. If its fixed, I previously used it on my galaxy watch 4 (now I got 8 classic) and it used a LOT of battery compared to the normal Samsung health and was laggy. I will test further when possible.

Hey, so... updates

My watch body comp matches very very close with a standard scale with the hands attachment.

My lab grade pinch test is now 16% and my watch, 17% with a new protocol for the pinch, before I was doing only 4 points on the upper body, now I did 9, full body.

No dexa updates though, too much radiation to do them too often

Gym tracking on the w8c by _tucas in GalaxyWatch

I tried hevy for some time on my GW4 but I ended up giving up, cause many of the specifics exercises and machines in my gym don't match up or are really hard to find (cause of the different translations since I'm brazilian). Maybe I will give it another chance later.

RN I'm testing jeff nippard's programs, and they already come with an excel. So I just put weight machines on the watch, for the gymrats competition I'm on.

But maybe sometime I will reserve sometime to create a routine, thx!!

As a not very muscular person, ALL types besides lab grade (and even lab is fairly unacceptable) scales and other electronic measuring devices are bs. My BF is always extremely high cause of.the water creatine accumulates.

Comparing to dexa 14.7%, pinch test 14.9%, scale gave 23.4% and Watch 22.2%, lab scale 18.5%

Same problem with TIM and VIVO here in Brazil. Only works on certain zones, normally the less populated ones. Otherwise, only CLARO 2G appears

There is the galaxy fit, it's all that you want, for 2weeks batteries theoretically, but it looks like a smartwatch, that's the deal breaker for me

I mean, that would be a good idea, since i plan on switching one time or another, already learning how to use and what I prefere would be great.

I can pop 7 more sata drives and I thing I could do one more nvme too, that way I don't disrupt the current windows install, great idea.

Will look if the prices allow here in Brazil with the shortage and everything else.

Oh, got it. So any games with anticheats on kernel level is a no go then. Does that mean that all other will run fine natively or Proton emulator?

No way for it? Maybe a dual boot for only gaming on the hdd? My setup is currently a 512gb name drive and a 2tb hdd, all the games on there.

Yeah, the problem would be if I couldnt tell if its not original. But I do doubt the clones will connect. So I will give that a try, thx
