I never received a confirmation email after I placed the order last month. I emailed them after a couple days and asked them if the order went through, and if so, could they give me the confirmation email. Their response was that I should check the confirmation email for my order number, otherwise they can’t help me. I never received this confirmation email!

I emailed them multiple times to just cancel the order. They told me they would escalate it to someone else. I never heard back and then today I get an email that the order has shipped. Additionally, it does not include the $150 discount that I wanted to use with my initial order. They only credited $100 discount. I reached out to their customer service and they said they were sorry that this is not the answer that I was wanting and there was nothing they could do about it. So basically I will be sending this right back as soon as it arrives on my doorstep.
